Meet The Chef

Take all of the guesswork out of meal planning by allowing me to prepare locally sourced, high quality meals for you and your loved ones. Whether you're hosting an intimate private dinner party or a wedding for 250 guests, I am at your service!

 

Having realized my passion for food and the art of cooking at a young age, I pursued and earned my Associates in Culinary Arts. I then worked as Sous Chef under the tutelage of renowned Chef Bob Kinkead for four years, later becoming one of his Executive Chefs. Thereafter, I worked as Executive Chef for the Great American Restaurant Group for seven years and most recently, I have been blessed with the opportunity to use my God-given talents at McLean Bible Church, where I run the café and cater events of all sizes.

 

With more than 20 years of vast experience in the food service industry in the DC metro area – from Executive Chef at fine dining establishments to private chef for weekend soirees – I look forward to working with you to create an unforgettable meal experience at your next event.

I hired Chef Todd to cater a birthday lunch for 20 women. I asked him to do "upscale Mexican." Not only did he carry out the vision perfectly, but he went above and beyond. It was better than anything I have ever had in a restaurant-- and I dine out a lot! Everything not only looked beautiful, but tasted authentic and delicious-- from the Tomatillo Soup with Marinated Tuna and Pumpkin Seeds to the perfectly tender steak and chicken fajitas. Chef Todd was prompt, professional and took care of the kitchen from the beginning to the end.  The guest of honor, a gourmet cook herself, was also overwhelmed. I would not hesitate to use Chef Todd for any future event.
